How it works:
Blocked visitors receive an HTTP 451 on login/register and are disconnected immediately on WebSocket connect.
The check uses geoip-lite for IP→country lookup — no external API calls.
Existing logged-in sessions are not forcibly terminated — geo blocking only affects new connections. VPN users may bypass this control.
IP geolocation is never 100% accurate. This is a best-effort compliance tool, not a hard security boundary.
