Terms and Conditions of Use
1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to VibeSync ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at www.vibesync.co.uk. VibeSync is an adult platform that provides two core services:
- Remote Device Control: A web-based platform enabling users to connect, pair, and remotely control compatible internet-connected or Bluetooth-enabled intimate devices in real time, either with themselves or with consenting partners.
- Adult Chat Rooms: A moderated online environment — including public rooms, private rooms, and direct messages — for adults to communicate via text, voice, and video with other users of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the VibeSync website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notified to registered users. Continued use of the Services after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Age Verification and Eligibility
You may only access and use VibeSync if you meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have reached the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction;
- You are legally permitted to access adult content and use adult platforms in your country or jurisdiction;
- You are not accessing the Services from a country or jurisdiction where the nature of the Services is prohibited.
By using VibeSync, you make a legally binding declaration that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. We employ age verification measures in compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023 and applicable UK regulatory guidance. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and may lead to referral to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.
3 Account Registration and Security
A registered account is required to access the Services. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address and your date of birth;
- Keep your account credentials strictly confidential and not share your password with any other person;
- Be solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account;
- Notify us immediately at support@vibesync.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
4 Remote Device Control Service
4.1 How the Service Works
VibeSync enables users to pair compatible intimate devices with our platform and share control of those devices with one or more consenting partners via an internet connection. Control sessions may be initiated in real time through the VibeSync interface.
4.2 Consent and Partner Control
The remote control functionality is built upon the principle of explicit, ongoing, informed consent between all parties. By using the remote control feature, you agree that:
- You will only share or accept device control with and from individuals who have freely and explicitly consented to participate;
- Consent may be withdrawn by any party at any time and the control session must be terminated immediately upon such withdrawal;
- You will not attempt to control another person's device without their active and ongoing consent;
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all participants in any control session are adults aged 18 or over;
- You will not use the remote control features to harass, harm, intimidate, or distress any other person, physically or mentally.
VibeSync provides the technical infrastructure for device connectivity. You use this feature entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
4.3 Device Compatibility and Safety
We do not manufacture, sell, or warrant any physical devices. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring that any device you use is compatible with the VibeSync platform;
- Using devices only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines;
- Ensuring that devices are kept clean and maintained in a safe condition;
- Discontinuing use of any device that appears damaged or malfunctioning.
VibeSync accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of any connected device, whether or not used in conjunction with our platform.
4.4 Latency and Service Interruptions
Remote device control relies on internet connectivity and real-time data transmission. We do not guarantee zero latency, uninterrupted service, or continuous connectivity. Users should ensure that safe and comfortable use is maintained at all times regardless of connection quality.
5 Adult Chat Rooms
5.1 Nature of the Chat Service
VibeSync provides adult chat rooms — including public rooms, private rooms, and direct messages — for users to communicate via text, images, voice, and video with other consenting adult users. All communications must comply with these Terms.
5.2 Acceptable Use
When using the VibeSync chat rooms, you must not:
- Share, request, distribute, or transmit any content involving minors in any context whatsoever, including images, video, or text of a sexual nature — this is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement;
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, abuse, or intimidate any other user;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age or identity;
- Share unsolicited commercial content, spam, or advertising material;
- Distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code or links;
- Solicit or facilitate any illegal activity, including prostitution, escort services, or trafficking;
- Record, screenshot, or distribute any conversation or media without the express written consent of all parties involved;
- Attempt to obtain another user's personal contact information for the purpose of circumventing the platform or continuing unsolicited contact outside of it;
- Post content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law.
5.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but do not assume any obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law. We will report content constituting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other serious criminal activity to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Crime Agency (NCA).
Users are encouraged to use our in-platform reporting tools to flag any content or behaviour that appears to violate these Terms.
5.4 No Storage Guarantee
We do not guarantee that chat messages or shared media will be stored or retained for any particular period. You should not rely on the chat service as a means of permanent storage for any content.
6 User-Generated Content
You may submit, upload, or share content through the Services, including messages, images, and other media ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant VibeSync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights in the User Content you submit;
- Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party;
- All individuals depicted in any User Content — including AI-generated or illustrated content — are identifiable as adults aged 18 or over, and where real persons are depicted, all have given their informed and freely given consent to the creation and sharing of that content;
- Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time without notice.
7 Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, available at www.vibesync.co.uk/privacy, describes how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, EU data protection legislation.
- Age verification data, including your date of birth, is collected at registration and retained for as long as your account remains active, in order to fulfil our legal obligations under the Online Safety Act 2023;
- Data transmitted through the remote device control service is processed in real time to provide the service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
- Chat communications may be retained and reviewed by our moderation team for safety and compliance purposes — see Section 8 for full details.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in Section 8 of these Terms.
8 Data Logging for Moderation and Legal Purposes
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that VibeSync logs and retains certain user activity data for the purposes set out in this section. This logging is a necessary part of operating a lawful and safe adult platform and forms part of our obligations under applicable law, including the Online Safety Act 2023 and UK GDPR.
8.1 What We Log
We may log and retain the following categories of data:
- Chat messages: Text messages, images, and other media sent in public rooms, private rooms, and direct messages may be retained on our servers and accessed by our moderation team where there is cause to do so;
- Account activity: Login events, session information, IP addresses, and device identifiers associated with your account;
- Moderation records: Warnings, bans, reports, and other moderation actions taken in relation to your account;
- Reports and flagged content: Any content flagged by users or identified by our moderation team as potentially violating these Terms or applicable law.
8.2 Why We Log
Data is logged for the following lawful purposes:
- Content moderation: To investigate reports of harmful, illegal, or Terms-violating content and to take appropriate action against users who violate our rules;
- Safety and safeguarding: To detect and respond to illegal content — including CSAM — and to protect the safety of our users;
- Legal compliance: To meet our obligations under the Online Safety Act 2023, UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and any other applicable legislation, and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where lawfully required;
- Dispute resolution: To investigate and resolve disputes between users or complaints made to us.
8.3 Retention and Access
Logged data is retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law. Access to logged data is restricted to authorised VibeSync staff and, where legally required, to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. We will never sell your logged data to third parties.
8.4 Expectation of Privacy in Private Rooms
While VibeSync offers private rooms and direct messaging features, you should not assume that any communications made through our platform are exempt from review. All communications on VibeSync are subject to moderation and may be reviewed where there is reasonable cause to suspect a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
For further information about how your personal data is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.vibesync.co.uk/privacy.
9 Safety, Safeguarding and Online Harms
VibeSync takes its safeguarding obligations seriously. In compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023, we have implemented measures to protect users, particularly in relation to:
- Prevention of access by minors through age verification;
- Detection and removal of illegal content, including CSAM;
- User reporting mechanisms for harmful or illegal content or behaviour;
- Transparency about our content moderation policies.
If you encounter any content or behaviour that you believe may involve a minor or constitute a criminal offence, please report it immediately using our in-platform reporting tools or by contacting safeguarding@vibesync.co.uk. We will take all such reports seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement where required.
10 Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising or forming part of the VibeSync platform belongs to VibeSync or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express written consent.
To request permission to use any part of our platform or content, please contact us at support@vibesync.co.uk.
11 Prohibited Activities
In addition to the specific restrictions in Sections 4 and 5, you must not:
- Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, servers, or related systems;
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services;
- Use the Services to harm, exploit, or obtain personal data from other users without their consent.
12 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeSync expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
12.2 Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, VibeSync shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, harm, or loss — whether physical, psychological, or otherwise — arising from the use of any connected intimate device, whether or not used in conjunction with our platform;

- Any content transmitted, shared, or published by users through the chat rooms, private messages, or any other user-generated communications on the platform;
- The conduct, actions, or omissions of any user of the platform, including in relation to consent, safety, or the use of connected devices;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity;
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content available through the Services.
12.3 User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own use of the Services, including your use of connected devices, your interactions with other users, and any content you create or share. VibeSync's role is limited to providing a technical platform; we are not a party to any interaction between users and accept no responsibility for the actions or omissions of any user.
12.4 Aggregate Liability Cap
Where VibeSync is found to be liable despite the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
12.5 Mandatory Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused directly by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
13 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable law, or the rights of another user. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@vibesync.co.uk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Sections 7, 8, 10, 12, and 14 shall survive termination.
